Cases resolved at preliminary hearings

Three guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against one and one was held for court as a result of preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Joseph P. Dorsey, Jr., 27, Warren, to loitering at prowling at night time. A count of criminal trespass — enter structure was withdrawn. At a second docket, a count of unauthorized use of motor vehicles was withdrawn.

¯ Stanley E. Graham, 59, Grand Valley, to false identification to law enforcement officer.

¯ Anthony T. Ponick, 35, Warren, to furnishing drug-free urine. A count of obstructing the administration of law/other government function was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against Matthew R. Munn, 37, Clarendon. Munn had been charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas L. Buchanan, 60, Warren, was held for court on charges of obstructing the administration of law/other government function, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
