21 graduate from VTC nursing program

With appropriate pomp and circumstance, 21 nurses celebrated their graduation with commencement Monday.
The 21 students in the Venango Technology Center’s Warren Campus Practical Nursing Program were honored among family and friends at the Interfaith Chapel at Warren State Hospital.
They were introduced by Program Coordinator Dr. Cynthia Cornelius.
Each was awarded a nursing pin and Licensed Practical Nurse certificate by the classroom and clinical instructors.
The graduates chose who would affix their pins at the ceremony.
Led by classmates Brittany Lowe, Lucas Wolfgang, and Kiersten Hoffman, the students recited the Practical Nurses’ Pledge.
The graduates were Tessa Anderson, Lea Benedetto, Tracey Breene, Ashley Campanini, Caroline Check, Monique Fiesler, Athena Hoffman, Kiersten Hoffman, Brianna Hollabaugh, Noelle Hookins, Mikaela Jones, Jennifer Knopf, Brittany Lowe, Teri Martin, Amanda Morgan, Kelly Nichols, Taige Peterson, Vanessa Robertson, Tina Tombaugh-Merritt, Alexa Winters, and Lucas Wolfgang.
