Sentences handed down in Warren County court

The following sentences were issued during proceedings Friday before President Judge Maureen Skerda.

All periods of incarceration are to be served in the Warren County Jail unless otherwise specified.

¯ Christopher E. Battko, Pittsfield, to 72 hours to six months incarceration, $1,800 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and mental health evaluation and comply with recommendations, a 12 month license suspension and 45 hours of community service on a count of DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense; nine to 18 months incarceration in a state correctional institution on a count of make repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapons; six to 12 months incarceration and a $100 fee on a count of possession of a controlled substance; one year probation and a $100 fee on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia and $70 each on charges of operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and no headlights.

¯ Melinda D. Brown, Mineral Springs, Pa., to six months probation, $850 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, outpatient treatment and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense asl well as $70 on a count of disregard traffic lane.

¯ Vincent A. Cisneros, Warren, to 27 to 64 months incarceration in state prison with credit for 261 days time served, $2,125 in fines and fees and submission of a DNA sample on a count of transient – fail to register with the Pennsylvania State Police. He is not boot camp or recidivism risk reduction incentive eligible.

¯ Alyssa J. Eck, Ludlow, Pa., to six months probation, $725 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense and $70 on a count of careless driving.

¯ Nicole L. Font, Waren, to six months restrictive probation including 60 days house arrest, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service and drug and alcohol and mental health treatment on a count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and $70 on a count of driving an unregistered vehicle.

¯ Cindy L. Hannah, Youngsville, to six months restrictive probation including 60 days house arrest, $1,425 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense as well as $70 each on charges of disregard traffic lane and careless driving.

¯ Danielle K. Johnson, Russell, to one month to two years less one day incarceration, $5,709.32 in restitution, $1,550 in fines and fees, 70 hours of community service, work release and early reentry eligibility and participation in the COG program on a count of theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Tyler L. Martin, Warren, to 18 to 48 months in state prison with credit for 360 days time served, $1,650 in fines and fees, boot camp and recidivism risk reduction incentive eligibility, submission of a DNA sample and preference for drug and alcohol treatment in state prison on a count of possession with intent to deliver.

¯ Shawn D. Moore, Cochranton, Pa., to six months probation, $950 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense as well as $70 on a count of careless driving.

¯ Jason L. Nichols, Warren, to 24 to 48 months incarceration in state prison with credit for 477 days time served, $2,775 in fines and fees, boot camp and recidivism risk reduction incentive eligibility and submission of a DNA sample on a count of possession with intent to deliver as well as three months to one year on a count of resisting arrest, 20 months to 40 months on a count of endangering the welfare of children, $245 in fines and fees and a 12 month license suspension on a count of driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked as well as six months to 12 months on a count of simple assault.

¯ Mitchell S. Taylor, Irvine, to one year probation, a $100 fee and 30 hours of community service on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia; restrictive probation including 30 days house arrest, $1,425 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, participation in the early intervention program and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense and $70 on a count of careless driving.
