A scale model timber raft built by volunteers at the Toy Shoppe on the grounds of Warren State Hospital will be on public display for the first time. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has planned significant increases in outflow from Kinzua Dam. “This increased flow may cause substantial rises in river levels downstream from the dam. Boaters and anglers are advised to exercise caution during the next few days.”
The Corps increased outflow incrementally from 5,500 to 9,500 cubic feet per second on Thursday.
