Veterans Affairs Office to close on Fridays The Warren County Veterans Affairs Office will be closed on Fridays for at least a month. Veterans Affairs Director Delores Stec will be out of the office through the middle of January. Assistant Mary Allen will continue working Mondays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a representative of the Pennsylvania Veterans Affairs office will be on-site on Tuesdays from about 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to handle director-level issues until Stec returns.
