A man with ties to Warren County, Pa., has been charged after allegedly threatening a Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office deputy. Layton Love, 46, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with interstate communication of a threat, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison. Discovery of handgun is under investigation

The discovery of a loaded handgun in a restroom is under investigation. According to a source with knowledge of the situation, the gun was found at Warren Lowe's. The individual claimed it was loaded after it was found by a worker. Law enforcement verified a gun was found but said it was Saturday night when it was discovered. A Corry man has been charged with four felony charges by Warren police after an alleged incident Wednesday. Delbert Liller, 36, was charged Wednesday with one count of first-degree felony unlawful contact with a minor - sexual offenses, one count of third-degree felony unlawful contact with a minor - open lewdness, third-degree felony criminal use of a communication facility and third-degree corruption of minors - defendant age 18 or above. The Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission issued a final adjudication on Wednesday that a Sheffield constable and code enforcement officer unfairly used his authority to dismiss summary ordinance charges in order to obtain ownership of real property.
