The annual Four Flags Ceremony is expected to be moved indoors Saturday due to weather forecasts predicting cold temperatures and a high chance of rain. At 6:45 p.m. May 4, troopers responded to 3435 Glade Township for a report of a kitten having been thrown from a moving vehicle while tied inside a black, disposable bag.
