Warren man charged after alleged knife attack
A Warren man faces multiple aggravated assault charges after he allegedly attacked a man with a knife.
Kurtis A. Groves, 29, of Warren, is charged with four counts of aggravated assault – including two first-degree felonies, and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.
City of Warren Police said Groves was involved in a dispute involving three people at about 2:30 a.m. Thursday, at 215 Fourth Ave., Warren.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, “during an argument, Groves became enraged and pulled a large knife from his boot. He then rushed the victims.”
