Warren man involved in chase faces new charge

A Warren man who allegedly led police on a high-speed chase in January has had a new charge filed against him in Youngsville. Syngyn L. Swartz, 28, of Warren was charged Tuesday with driving while license suspended/revoked pursuant to Section 3802/1547B1-third or subsequent violation.
