Retail theft. Mary C. Maldonado, 43, of Warren was charged with taking merchandise May 4 by Conewango Township Police after an alleged incident February 16 in Conewango Township.

DUI. Erin M. Groves, 28, of Sugar Grove was charged with four misdemeanors of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, possession of marajuana – small amount for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and four summary charges April 30 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident March 28 in Conewango Township.

DUI. Gabriel S. Colburn, 22, of Jamestown was charged with DUI/BAC (.16% and greater), DUI/unsafe driving, three misdemeanors of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance and four summary charges April 30 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident April 11 in Conewango Township
