A woman facing a litany of criminal charges after her two children - ages one and three - were allegedly found abandoned in a Days Inn hotel room has waived her right to a preliminary hearing. A Warren man is behind bars on charges after conversations with an online vigilante group led police to the discovery of his possession of child pornography. Anthony W. Engle, 58, of 27 S.
