DUI. Holli M. Anderson, 33, Kane, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 2 with two counts of DUI and seven traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Dec. 22 in Sheffield Twp.

DUI. Luke B. Becker, 18, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 3 with three counts of DUI from an incident that occurred on Dec. 24 in the CIty of Warren.

DUI. Sarah S. Courtney, 65, Sugar Grove, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 2 with DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on April 1 in the City of Warren.

Resisting arrest. Daniel E. Ristau, Jr., 37, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 3 with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Dec. 24 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Richard E. Wilson, Jr., 52, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 3 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 20 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Robert G. Culbertson, 40, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Dec. 27 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 19 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Mandy R. Jurkowski, 35, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Jan. 2 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Dec. 29 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Gage M. Mott-Machlush, 19, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Jan. 2 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Dec. 28 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Michael W. Stroup, 40, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Jan. 2 with two counts of DUI and smell/inhale toxic releasing substances from an incident that occurred on Nov. 6 in Conewango Twp.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

Possession. Randy L. Eck, 58, Bear Lake, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to law enforcement and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 2 in Columbus Twp.
