Four guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Preston J. Beerbower, 21, Warren, to defiant trespass.

Brittney M. Beil, 35, Warren, to theft. A count of theft was withdrawn.

Matthew A. Earle, 49, Garland, to possession of a controlled substance and two traffic offenses. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, three traffic offenses and 30 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

Amy M. Battko, 58, Pittsfield, to possession of a controlled substance and two traffic offenses. Four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and two traffic offenses were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

Destiny L. Felt, 30, Frewsburg, NY. Felt had been charged with retail theft. Two counts of retail theft were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

J’Yana T. Williams, 20. Williams had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
