Man pleads guilty to interlock device charge
One guilty plea was entered, one individual was held for court and charges were withdrawn against another during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
Patrick D. Craft, 43, Columbus, Pa., pleads guilty to illegal operation of a vehicle without ignition interlock.
Jeffrey R. Weaver, 72, Youngsville, was held for court. Weaver has been charged with aggravated assault by vehicle and three traffic offenses.
Charges were withdrawn against Donald R. Kendricks, 58, Warren. Kendricks had been charged with retail theft. A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
