Sentences handed down in Warren County court

The following sentences were handed down by President Judge Maureen Skerda on Friday during sentence court proceedings at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Samantha D. Acevedo, 38, Warren, to a five year sentence including 72 hours incarceration, credit for 65 days time served, two months house arrest, $1,950 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 100 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI; four to eight months incarceration and one year probation on a count of recklessly endangering another person as well as $70 each on charges of disregard traffic lane and careless driving.

¯ William D. Beck, 64, Corry, Pa., to two years probation, $7,000 in restitution, $1,675 in fines and fees and submission of a DNA sample on a count of accident involving death or personal injury; one year probation on a count of accident involving damage to attended vehicle and $70 on a count of fail to keep right.

¯ Gregory L. Berry, 33, Corry, Pa., to 30 days incarceration, six months probation, $1,375 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations, a 12 month license suspension and 30 hours of community service on a count of DUI; $70 on a count of careless driving and $245 on a count of driving on a suspended license.

¯ Ricky A. Bryan, 31, Titusville, to five days incarceration with five days time served, 12 months of house arrest, two years probation, $1,850 in fines and fees and participation in the COG program on a count of possession with intent to deliver as well as two years probation on a count of firearm not to be carried without a license.

¯ Alexa N. Corbett, 26, Warren, to a five year sentence including 90 days incarceration with credit for 91 days time served, fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and compliance with treatment recommendation on a count of DUI as well as $92 on a speeding violation and $70 on a count of careless driving.

¯ Jennifer L. Hardy, 38, Bear Lake, to five to 23 months incarceration, one year probation, $1,775 in fines and fees, a no contact/trespass order, submission of a DNA sample and anger management and PTSD treatment on a count of aggravated assault. She was given credit for 16 days time served.

¯ Todd V. Hebner, 57, Pittsfield, to 21 to 60 months incarceration with credit for 156 days time served, $3,175 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and treatment priority on a count of possession with intent to deliver as well as 12 to 30 months incarceration on a count of criminal use of a communications facility.

¯ Haley M. Hopkins, 25, Corry, Pa., to 72 hours incarceration, six months probation, $1,425 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI as well as $345 on a count of operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and $70 for no rear lights.

¯ Amanda L. Howard, 41, Erie, Pa., to 72 hours house arrest, six months probation, $1,315 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI.

¯ Lindsey K. Johnson, 37, Tidioute, to 20 to 60 months incarceration, credit for 395 days time served, $5,775 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and treatment priority on a count of possession with intent to deliver.

¯ Sarah E. Johnson, 44, Jamestown, NY, to two months to 17 months incarceration with credit for 50 days time served, $950 in fines and fees, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and mental health evaluation and comply with recommendations, submission of a DNA sample and participation in the COG program on a count of flight to avoid apprehension as well as $40.08 in restitution, a $300 fine and a no contact/trespass order on a count of retail theft.

¯ Shaun E. Lauderdale, 45, Warren, to one day incarceration with credit for one day time served, two years probation, $2,275 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and participation in the COG program on a count of possession with intent to deliver.

¯ Justin J. Peck, 29, Youngsville, to 90 days to 23 months incarceration, $2,275 in fines and fees, 100 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and participation in the COG program on a count of possession with intent to deliver; six months probation, 72 hours incarceration, $1,550 in fines and fees and a 12 month license suspension on a count of DUI as well as $245 and an additional 12 month license suspension for driving on a suspended license.

¯ Michael V. Petrush, 38, Warren, to one year probation, $1,175 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service, compliance with mental health recommendations, submission of a DNA sample and participation in the COG program on a count of simple assault.

¯ Melvin R. Melendez, 48, Wilkes Barre, Pa., to five to 23 months incarceration, $1,175 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of theft by deception.

¯ Jamie L. Rosequist, 31, Johnstown, Pa., to one year probation, $1,400 in fines and fees, a no contact/trespass order at Walmart, 80 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and participation in the COG program on a count of retail theft.

¯ Ian A. Royo, 27, Warren, to a two-year sentence including three months incarceration and four months house arrest with credit for 283 days time served, admission to treatment court and compliance with mental health treatment on a count of recklessly endangering another person. On four additional counts of recklessly endangering another person, he was sentenced to seven months house arrest and two years probation to be served concurrently as well as $300 fines on two counts of discharge of firearm prohibited. He was also sentenced to two years consecutive probation. $464.56 in restitution, $925 in fines and fees, a no contact/trespass order at Walmart and submission of a DNA sample on a count of retail theft.

¯ Ronda A. Storms, 54, Russell, to two years probation, $925 in fines and fees, a no contact/trespass order, 30 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample, participation in the COG program and a no contact/trespass order at Walmart on a count of retail theft.

¯ Amber L. Theuret, 32, Pittsfield, to one year probation and participation in the COG program on a count of disorderly conduct; 48 hours incarceration, probation, $1,125 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, a 12 month license suspension and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI and $70 each on charges of careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

¯ Fernando Velazquez-Nazario, 35, Jamestown, NY, to three to 23 months incarceration with credit for 23 days time served, $1,042.44 in restitution, $1,675 in fines and fees, a no contact/trespass order at Walmart, 30 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of retail theft.

¯ Brady D. Williams, 39, Warren, to one year probation, $1,125 in fines and fees, 40 hours of community service, a sobriety program and participation in the COG program on a count of simple assault.

¯ Robert J. Willyoung, 35, Sandy Lake, Pa., to 12 to 30 months incarceration with credit for 163 days time served, $1,200 in fines and fees, a no contact/trespass order, submission of a DNA sample and mental health and drug and alcohol evaluations on a count of burglary; eight to 16 months incarceration, $6,236.71 in restitution, $800 in fines and fees and a no contact/trespass order on a count of criminal mischief – damage property as well as a $150 fine on a count of criminal trespass.
