Possession. Joseph K. Chuzie, 23, Youngsville, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 4 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Jan. 29 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Louis E. Neeley, 39, Grand Valley, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 4 with two counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 24 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Devin W-M. Powell, 30, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 4 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Sept. 11 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Daniel L. Howles, 49, Red River, NM, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 4 with two counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Jan. 13 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Samantha A. McGaughey, 34, Irvine, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 4 with five counts of retail theft and defiant trespass from incidents that occurred in November, December and January in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Michael A. Campman, 40, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 4 with three counts of retail theft from incidents that occurred in November, December and January in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Ronda A. Storms, 54, Russell, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 4 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on January 13 in Conewango Twp.
