Four guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against one and one was held for court during preliminary hearings held this week at the Warren County Courthouse

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Frederick J. Glotz, Jr., Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Dustin R. Keefer, Corry, to possession of a controlled substance while a count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

¯ Michael C. Lee, Warren, to marijuana – small amount personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Barry A. Seither, Warren, to disorderly conduct. Charges of criminal trespass – break into structure and criminal mischief/damage property intentional, reckless or negligent was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against Heidi L. Merritt, Garland. Merritt had been charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Amanda N. McClellan, Warren, was held for court. McClellan has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
