Retaliation against witness. Jericho P. Thagard, 18, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with three counts of third-degree felony retaliation against witness or victim April 23 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident March 21 in Sheffield Township.
DUI. Kristin R. Hughan, 49, of Warren was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .16% and greater, three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance and two traffic infractions April 24 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop March 1 in the city of Warren.
Theft. Joseph A. Krall III, 18, of Warren was charged with misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking – movable property and receiving stolen property April 24 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident April 4 in Warren.
DUI. Landon T. Reagle, 37, of Warren was charged April 24 by the State Police at Warren with DUI/unsafe driving and four vehicle and traffic citations after a traffic stop April 5 in the city.

DUI. Cole A. Hanlon, 21, of Clarendon was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .10-.15% and seven vehicle and traffic citations April 15 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop March 29 in Mead Township.
Firearm violation. Landon T. Reagle, 37, of Warren was charged with misdemeanor firearm not to be carried without license – no criminal violation, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic citation April 22 by Conewango Township police after a traffic stop April 19 in Conewango Township.
Retail theft. Nicole E. Johnson, 34, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with third-degree felony retail theft – taking merchandise April 20 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Feb. 14 in Conewango Township.
Retail theft. Christopher T. Wise, 45, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise April 16 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Feb. 1 in Conewango Township.
False statement. Hayden M. Fitzsimmons, 35, of Warren was charged with third-degree felony materially false statement – purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm and misdemeanor statement under penalty April 16 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident April 1 in Conewango Township.
Robbery. Cindy C. Corbett, 45, of Warren was charged with third-degree robbery, theft by unlawful taking – movable property, harassment, defiant trespass – actual communication to and receiving stolen property April 24 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident April 23 in Glade Township. She was arraigned Friday by Magisterial District Judge Raymond Zydonik, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 6 in front of Zydonik.
