Local Civil Air Patrol Squadron recruiting

Civil Air Patrol is the official auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force and the Warren County Composite Squadron invites local youth ages 12-18 to join its ranks to discover a world of opportunity, adventure and service. The four pillars of the program include leadership, aerospace, emergency services and character development. Building confidence, taking initiative and developing skills to lead are all keys to the program. West Penn Energy Fund supports Teen Conservation Camp

The Lumber Heritage Region (LHR), in partnership with Cameron County Outdoor Youth Activities (CCOYA) and Penn State Extension Cameron County 4-H, is now accepting registrations for the 2026 Teen Conservation Camp. This camp will provide an immersive outdoor learning experience designed to connect teens with Pennsylvania’s forests, natural resources, and conservation heritage. Ride to Prevent Suicide is June 6 The Ride to Prevent Suicide is a community-driven movement using rides and events to raise awareness, support mental health, and help prevent suicide. The 7th Annual Ride to Fight Suicide will take place on Saturday, June 6 to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
