Quilters are encouraged to enter this year’s patriotic quilt contest in time for the Warren County Fair. The patriotic quilt shown was made by Sue Papalia of Zany Kreations in Warren.

In celebration of America’s 250th birthday the Warren County Historical Society in conjunction with the Warren County Fair will be holding a patriotic quilt contest. Due to space restrictions quilts should be 45 by 45 inches although all patriotic quilts using red, white and blue fabric will be accepted. Please follow all quilt rules and regulations designated in the Warren County premium booklet which can be found on their website www.warrencountyfair.net. Contest winners will receive premiums in the amount of $250 for first place, $100 for second place, $75 for third place, $50 for fourth place, and $25 for fifth place.
