RAISING GRANDCHILDREN

The Care Council, a group of like-minded nonprofit entities that provide many programs and services locally, has acquired a grant to fund positive and fun family interactions for grandparents raising their grandchildren. Local presenters designed to address these specific needs will be offered while the ACC will offer free activities that encourage both generations to work together through art. To sign up, call the ACC. The next meeting is June 8 at 6 p.m. at the Jefferson Room of the Warren Public Library.

GIRLS WHO CODE

A “Girls Who Code” summer camp will be held at the ACC from June 12-23 from 2p.m. to 6 p.m. The program is open to girls in grades six through 12. Anyone with questions is asked to email biglevelarts.com. To sign up, visit girlswhocode.com and use PA48570 as the club code.

ART PROGRAM

The weekly program will bring together participants of all ages who will work together with a teaching artist and an art therapy student, as they learn new artistic skills and expressive techniques.
