Halloween in the Park

North Warren Presbyterian Church is holding a Halloween in the Park event on Monday, Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the pavilion on State St. The event will include hot dog fellowship as well as handing out candy. The parking lot next to the park will also be open for truck-or-treating.

Philomel to meet

The Philomel Club of Warren will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 1:30 p.m. at the Woman’s Club of Warren. Anyone interested in learning about the Club or joining is welcome to attend.

Meeting Scheduled

The Chautauqua County Beekeepers Association will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Fluvanna Community Church, 3363 Fluvanna Avenue in Jamestown. Winter prep chores such as applying final mite controls, combining weak hives, and general seasonal apiary management will be discussed. The meeting is open to the public free of charge.
