The Warren Public Library held a Whales on Wheels Paint Party on July 16. The weather was ideal, the wooden whales were donated by the Toy Shoppe of Warren, and the children had a good time. Those children who are signed up for the reading program have until Aug. 10 to submit reading logs and receive reading prizes.
