A surprise 25th-anniversary party was held on March 9 at the Sugar Grove VFD fire hall in honor of Mike and Lisa Card of Starbrick. The celebration was given by their children, Michael and Ella Card. Mr. and Mrs. Card were married on March 5, 1994, at Sugar Grove Free Methodist Church by the Rev. Conrad Wilson. Several family members and friends attended to give congratulations. The Cards were gifted a second honeymoon to Virginia Beach by their children.
