Willard and Rebecca (Southwell) Hitchcock were married on June 23, 1973, in his parents’ house in Lander, Pa., which would later become their home. They are high school sweethearts and both graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1972. The Hitchcocks have five children and nine grandchildren, with a 10th grandchild due next month.
