JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – The Southern Tier Regulators used a balanced offensive attack to top the Full Circuit Power, 6-3, at Diethrick Park Wednesday. No Regulators player had more than one run scored or one RBI. Three hitters, including Warren’s Lance Baldensperger, recorded two hits in the win.
