Karate resultsMembers of the Fighting Tigers Karate Team recently competed at the PMAI Fall Brawl Karate Tournament held in Batavia, N.Y. on September 26. The tournament was a Regional National Blackbelt League rated event with contestants from Canada and tri-state area and a qualifier for the 2015 World Games to be held in Hilton Head Isle, SC later this year.Broc Bryon won a third-place in Forms and a third-place in Weapons in the age 8 and under Advanced Divisions. Kinzua soccer resultsKinzua Soccer Club U12 girls rallied to overcome a slow start and 1-goal deficit to tie PAWEST opponent, the Clarion River Valley Strikers 1-1. Alyssa Andersen netted the lone goal for Kinzua. Goalkeeper Maddie Kramer shut the Strikers out in the first half. Clarion scored shortly into the second half of the game. Kinzua controlled the ball in the second half and finally put the goal in to knot things up at one with under three mintues left.
