Russell VFD scholarships The Russell Volunteer Fire Department has two scholarships available. We have extended the deadline to submit the application. All forms need to be postmarked by April 30. Applicants for the Russell VFD scholarship must be a senior in high school who is permanent resident of Pine Grove Township and can be majoring in any field.
