Russell VFD scholarships The Russell Volunteer Fire Department has two scholarships available. We have extended the deadline to submit the application. All forms need to be postmarked by April 30. Applicants for the Russell VFD scholarship must be a senior in high school who is permanent resident of Pine Grove Township and can be majoring in any field. The Travis Stenstrom Memorial scholarship is available to a senior in high school who is a permanent resident of Pine Grove Township and is going into the medical or firefighter field. First Responders Night postponed Due to the coronavirus that has hit the United States in recent weeks and everything being ordered to be shut down, Titusville Moose Lodge has postponed its 2020 First Responders Appreciation Night scheduled for Friday, April 24, at the Titusville Moose Lodge Family Center. Event postponed The 200 Club fundraiser event for Eisenhower Band Boosters currently scheduled for April 4 at the Russell Fire Hall has been postponed. Parents are asked to continue to sell the tickets. Closed meeting North Warren Municipal Authority has closed its office to the public until further notice.
