Freshmen boys hoops

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — Jaydian Johnson scored 30 points to lead Jamestown High School’s freshmen boys basketball team to a 54-43 win over Warren on Tuesday at Jamestown High School.

Johnson and teammate Elijah Farmer combined for all 22 first-quarter points for JHS in a 22-11 first quarter. Farmer finished with 18 for the game.

Chase Sitler finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds for Warren, which beat Jamestown in a home game in January. Grady Corey had 9 points and six rebounds, Casey Rich 9 points, and David Huffman 8 points and three steals in the loss.
