Penguins trade for Columbus forward Yegor Chinakov

The Penguins traded a 2026 second-round pick, a 2027 third-round selection and forward Danton Heinen for Columbus Blue Jackets forward Yegor Chinakov on Monday. Chinakov was a first-round selection in the 2020 NHL Draft by the Blue Jackets and has since played 204 games for the club and recorded just 77 points. This season, Chinakov has registered 3 goals and 3 assist for 6 points in 29 games for the Blue Jackets.
