Warren’s junior varsity football team defeated Conneaut 24-0 on Saturday. After a back-and-forth scoreless first half, Tommaso Clemente returned the opening second-half kickoff 70 yards for a touchdown. Freshman Ayden Corbett, seen taking a handoff above, added touchdown runs of 65 and 40 yards to help build the lead. Sophomore Ben Drew took a pitch and raced 45 yards for the final score of the game. The Dragons were led on defense by Tyler Anderson with four sacks, as well as Giovanni Larson helping hold down the line in the second half. Patrick Ross had an interception in the second half.
