LAKEWOOD, N.Y. — Tim Sandberg fired a gross score of 36 to lead the Youngsville Senior Golf League at Maplehurst Country Club, while Doug Wheeler had the low net score of 30.

Jim California recorded an eagle on No. 6, while birdies were made by John Blum, Ray Adams, Al Kuzminski, Bubs Smith and Juan Torres. Blum was also closest to the pin on No. 3.

Other notable gross scores were California and Blum with 38, while Bob Yucha scored a 40. Other low net scores were Yucha and Mark Johnson with 31, while California, Chris Buzzetto and Brian Kane scored a 33.

WARREN — Steve Arnold was the individual high point winner for the Tuesday Night League at Jackson Valley Golf Course.

Mickey Caldwell, Gary Bjorquist and Bob Barney all scored 8.5 points, while Pat Ross earned 8.

The low gross scores were Skete Williams with 35 on the front 9, Owen Becker and Brandon Franklin shot 36 on the back 9, Tim Watkins had a 31 on the Senior front 9 and Mickey Caldwell had a 33 on the Senior back 9.

Low net scores were Jeff Wilkinson and Dylan Lundmark with 32 on the front 9, Drew Wilcox with 31 on the back 9, Dave Grady with 31 on the Senior front 9 and Gary Freeborough and Mike Lewis with 34 on the Senior back 9.
