JCC prepares to host NJCAA Division III Golf Championships

CHAUTAUQUA, N.Y. — Jamestown Community College will host the 2026 NJCAA Men’s and Women’s Division III Golf Championships from Tuesday, June 2 to Friday, June 5 at Chautauqua Golf Club, with practice rounds taking place Monday, June 1.

This is the 27th consecutive year that JCC has played host to the event, and the Jayhawks look forward to continuing that trend in the future, with the event scheduled to return through 2028. The field of 120 golfers, the largest number of participants in tournament history, will attack the Lake Course, looking for their spot atop the national championship leaderboard.

The field consists of 27 schools coming from 12 different states, and 11 regions of athletic competition. There will also be 32 women competing in the event, the most the tournament has seen in its illustrious history. The ladies will arrive from 11 different institutions.

There are seven returning All-Americans on the men’s side: the defending national champion Vegan Melen (Sandhills CC), Wyatt Beaver (Sandhills CC), Julian Boyer (RCSJ-Gloucester), Levi Gregg (Georgia Military College), Nathan Kwiatkowski (College of DuPage), Owen Halstead (Delta College), Nam Nam Nai (Oxford College of Emory).

On the women’s side, there are eight returning All-Americans: Sarah Mills (Joliet Junior College), Adrianna Cottrell (Joliet Junior College), Kenady Miller (Joliet Junior College), Sammi Sutter (RCSJ-Gloucester), Miya Villari (RCSJ-Gloucester), Maya Johnson (Rock Valley College), Taylor Voloch (Butler County CC) and Jada Ford (Westmoreland County CC).

Jamestown, who won the national championship in 2000, will have seven golfers take part in 2026: Reid Olsen, Cole Johnson, Kyler Wojtowicz, Jaxson Faulk, Zach Johnson and Brody Larson (alternate) competing on the men’s side. Region 3 champion Cadence Rodgers will represent the Jayhawks for the women.
