The second annual Ronnie’s Way 5K and community walk will take place Saturday, Aug. 5 at Jackson-Taylor Park on 11th and Washington streets in Jamestown.

The Ronnie’s Way 5K Run will take place starting at 9:30 a.m. with the Ronnie’s Way Community Walk to follow at 10:45 a.m.

There is also an option to take part in the run virtually.

All of the races carry a $20 registration fee.

Ron Graham passed away in February after a brief 10-month battle with gastroesophageal cancer. His family, friends and former athletes wanted a way to honor his legacy and came up with the Ronnie’s Way runs.

Proceeds from the runs will fund a memorial scholarship and the Ron Graham Memorial Fund at the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation.
