Lady Knights use balanced attack to take down Iroquois
ERIE — Eisenhower used success from beyond the arc and balanced scoring to post a 72-35 victory over Iroquois on Thursday.
Lainey Belcher and Clara Steinberg both scored 23 points, including three 3-pointers apiece, while Lainey Font added 13 points and one make from beyond the arc.
The Knights jumped out to a 24-6 lead after the first quarter and never looked back.
The Braves were led by Gracie Belfiore with 11 points.
In the junior varsity game, Eisenhower prevailed 27-21. The leading scorer was Kaitlin Sleeman with 9 points. The Braves were led by Lexi Ferguson with 7 points.
