Jackson Valley Golf Course member Matt Johnson had his first-ever hole-in-one on Monday night during the Monday Night League. The Monday Night League is a two-person scramble league where the tees are varied each week. While playing the gold tees, Johnson, using his driver, scored an ace on the par 4 14th hole from 292 yards. The ball flew clean down the fairway and rolled across the green into the cup. Johnson and his partner used the momentum from this shot to carry them all the way to a 9-under 27 on the back nine, which is the lowest score in the Monday Night League this year.
