RUSSELL — Wally Blyth’s 30.5 points is the season’s best through Week 6 in the Friday Senior Men’s League at Cable Hollow Golf Course.

Bill Petransky shot the low gross for the week with a 38 that included eight pars; Dave Youngren recorded the low net with a 32; Jack Lobdell had the most points with 9.5; and Jon Vicent had a pair of birdies.

RUSSELL — Dick Merenick shot a scratch 39 with two birdies to lead the Monday Senior League at Blueberry Hill Golf Course on June 6.

Tom Jensen fired the low net with a 28.

Steve Gelotte, Dave Progar, Jeff McClement, Karl Grosch and Don Moore each made a birdie.

American Legion led the team results with 25 points followed by Mt. This week, Merenick, Bill Petransky and Ed Streich all shot 39s. Bud Arp led the net scores with a 29.

WARREN –Bonnie Reynolds and Tim Reynolds teamed up with Ron Irwin and Lisa Irwin to fire a net 10-under on the front nine to win the opening week of the Couples/Pairs League at Jackson Valley Golf Course.

The foursome won a match of cards against Austin Stoddard and Kristie Stoddard, who teamed up with Debbie Backhus and Fred Backhus.

WARREN — Sons of the Legion leads the Tuesday Night League at Jackson Valley Golf Course with 189 points.

KCS Energy is second with 177 points followed by Eagles Club (176.5), Awesome 4-Some (166.5) and Tasta Pizza (162.5).

Last week, Scott Saber, Bob Barney and Justin Norris all earned 7.5 points.

Rick Gignac’s 37 led on the front nine and Saber’s 37 paced the back nine. For seniors, Barney’s 39 led the front nine and Pat Ross shot a 42 on the back nine.

Mark Sweet’s net 34 led the front nine and Justin Norris’ 31 led the back nine. For seniors, Marty Meneo, John Larson and Kerry Gern all had net 35s on the front nine while Harry Punia had a 35 on the back nine.

WARREN — Roger Vincent and Jeremy Bryant teamed up for 27 points during the Stableford League at Jackson Valley Golf Course.

Ron Wagner and John Lord had 24 points.

Individually, on the gold tees, Wagner had 16 points and Vincent had 15.

On the white tees, Bryant had 12 points and Tom Moyer had 10.
