The ninth annual Turkey Trot was held Thursday morning in the streets of downtown Warren and the on the south side of the city with 370 people taking part. To accommodate pandemic-related issues, a “rolling start” was used instead of the typical mass start. This allowed families and other “pods” to maintain appropriate distancing. Funds raised benefit the Warren Police Explorer Post 312 and the Northern Allegheny Outdoor Women’s Association. The Explorer Post managed traffic control during the event.
