Winter trapThe 2014-15 Penn York Winter Trap League met at Sugar Grove AmVets Post 50 this week and Brokenstraw took the first place position, followed by Sugar Grove. There were 127 shooters in attendance.William Mitchell, a sub junior from Brokenstraw, shot his first 25 straight.Logan Muir (46) was the high sub junior, Elijah Trawick (46) was the high junior and Tiffany Decker(48) was the high lady. Terry Walker (48) was the high vet and Jack Kostkas (48) was the high super senior vet. Brill Morris and Dave Sanctuary both shot 45 out of 50 to tie for high senior vet.Next week's ...

Wrestlers rankedWarren senior Alex Streich currently holds the top spot at 220 pounds and teammate D.J. Fehlman is second at 132 in the latest Pennsylvania Northwest Region (Districts 4, 6, 8, 9, 10) Class AAA wrestling rankings. Both Streich and Fehlman are ranked first in their respective weight class in District 10, joining Tyler Mahood (third at 106), Seth Johnson (fourth at 152), Derek Reagle (third at 182), and Stephen Crone (fourth at 195).
