Fixing the wrongs

Dear Editor,

In the last four years we saw outrageous contrary behavior leashed upon this country. Wokeness, broken borders, children’s sexual transformations, and uncontrolled free speech that became riots to name a few of the missteps thrust on our citizens.

With all this Democrats still complain about the conservative right destroying democracy. What does it say about many Democrats who have embraced the word Socialist in front of the party’s name? When they began pushing an outright Socialist for mayor of New York City, it’s obvious which party was taking democracy out of the picture. Zohran Mamdani is leaning toward Marxism; his background has been formed by a liberal professor father. Is that what this country wants — a Socialist, Communist, anti-Semitic in control of the nation’s largest city?

The Democrat party of 30 years ago has become twisted. The power and prestige they thrive on has driven them into outrageous behavior; anything that makes sense such as crime free cities is touted as racist. California’s ridiculous laws allowed an Indian illegally to obtain a CDL driver’s license. His inability to read all signs in English and lack of driving skills caused a horrific accident in Florida. Three members of a family lost their lives because he was allowed to obtain a license as an illegal. Gov. Gavin Newsome’s tactics are getting ahead of his abilities. The president of this country should not be in his future; he has destroyed a state, so unleashing him as a candidate is unthinkable.

The Democrats play their cards at every turn. The decks they use have suits unfamiliar to the 21st century electorate: exit, racist, vengeance, and riots. Gerrymandering by the Dems is OK; conservatives try it and the Dems take off playing the exit cards they hold. This has happened more than once; looking foolish is getting to be commonplace with them.

In the last 15 years I have heard more racist talk than has been voiced since the 1960s. It is the Socialist-Dems that are keeping it alive with their racist tirades. Talk about a “convicted felon” has risen again. Once more it should be mentioned that Americans saw through the prejudice and phony charges against Donald Trump, even with their vengeance cards. Maybe some of the Democrat’s higher ups will be convicted on real charges for the crimes against the citizens of this country because they pushed a phony charge of Russian collusion to sway the 2016 election. Hillary Clinton certainly sullied her hands with that. Once again — power and prestige at any cost.

Protests have taken on a new look. In recent weeks they became riots, with many funded by wealthy agitators. Democrats called them peaceful, but viewers could see mayhem and destruction as they played their riot cards; there was nothing peaceful about that.

Sanctuary cities don’t care about safety, otherwise more criminals would be deported. The mindset of these people is beyond comprehensible. If they don’t want to help the government restore law, then maybe they don’t want or need government monetary assistance in running their states.

Is that a possibility?

We can be glad that Trump is forging ahead with the plans he promised before his election. Promises made; promises kept. He did promise to “drain the swamp” in his first term, but that’s hard to do fighting an uphill battle against corrupt government officials. He is “draining the swamp” now, so are Democrats happy he’s keeping that promise? It doesn’t look that way. Hopefully, waste and fraud in the government will be slowed, eventually dismantled in the future.

We can thank this president for trying to bring some semblance of normalcy back to the federal government, even if the Socialist-Dems and their radical agendas continue kicking and screaming all the way. Americans deserve better than what the Democrats are delivering in the name of “their” democracy.

Instincts for animals

Dear Editor,

We are taught that murder is wrong, but only if a human is murdered. We are taught that serial killers are bad, but hunting is a “sport.”

We are taught that Auschwitz was evil, but slaughterhouses and fur farms are humane.

We are taught that animal cruelty and animal abuse is criminal, yet brainwashed to believe that animal agriculture and factory farming are acceptable and that we should close our eyes, hearts and minds and look the other way.

We are taught that jails are for punishment, but zoos are fun for animals.

“They” do a lot of “teaching,” isn’t it time you think for yourself?
