Russell E. Glenn Sr.

He was born in Tidioute on Dec. 8, 1929, a son to the late John and Eunice (Miller) Glenn. Russell worked at Deluxe Metal Inter Royal in Warren for many years. He was a former member of the Tidioute VFD and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and woodworking.

He is survived by his children, Tammie (Shawn) Silvis of Tidioute, Linda (Leonard) Walton of Texas and Kathie Whiteheart of NC; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Russell was preceded in death by his sons, Ernie and Butch Glenn, his siblings, Howard, Lewis, Bruce and Hazel and three wives, Merna, Joann and Helen.

Visitation will be held on Monday, Feb. 16, 2025 at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main St., Youngsville, PA 16371, from 12-1 pm at which time a funeral service will be held there with the Rev. Rick Hamrick, pastor of the Youngsville Free Methodist Church, officiating. A private burial will be held in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Russell.
