Thomas D. Sleeman II

\Thomas Duane Sleeman II, 82, of Warren, Pa., passed away on May 31, 2025, at the Rouse home following an extended illness.

Thomas was born on July 21, 1942, in Warren, the son of the late John W. and Gertrude C. Frey Sleeman. Tom was a 1960 graduate of Warren Area High School. After graduating he spent 4 years in the U.S. Army. After his service in the Army, he became a self-employed CPA.

Tom enjoyed hunting, trapshooting, trapping, skeet, and fishing. He was a member of the Kalbfus Rod and Gun Club, The Clarendon VFW, Warren Legion and the Exchange Club. He was a former member of the Sheffield Rod and Gun Club and the Sertoma Charter. He was also a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Tom is survived by his wife, Margaret D. Dickson Sleeman, whom he married on July 1, 1967; three children, Dawn M. Wagner and husband Jeff of Brockport, PA, Sean T. Sleeman and wife Amy of Pittsburgh, PA, and Garrett E. Sleeman and wife Claire of Franklin, NH; six grandchildren; Kara (Justin) McGary, Kyle (Krista) Melillo, Chad (Lakin) Melillo, Darryn Sleeman, Luke Sleeman, and Jake Sleeman; four great grandchildren, Tucker, Vivian, Walker, Evelyn, and one on the way, Haven; sister, Linda Jones and husband Gene of Brockton, NY; and his identical twin brother, Edward Sleeman and wife Barbara of Kane, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Sleeman.

Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA, on Sunday, June 8, 2025, from 2 to 3 pm, at which time a funeral service will be held with Reverend Bill Beatty, pastor, Grace United Methodist Church, officiating.
