Margaret “Ann” Dillard

Margaret “Ann” Dillard
Margaret “Ann” Dillard, 61, of Union City, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, after a courageous battle with illness. Born on Sept. 3, 1963, in Warren, Pennsylvania, she was the loving daughter of Richard Mourer and Judith Snyder Barnes.
A proud 1981 graduate of Youngsville High School, Ann went on to pursue her passion for caring for others by attending nursing school in South Carolina. For the past 12 years, she found joy in her role as an in-store systems manager at Country Fair, where she became a beloved figure among her colleagues.
Ann’s heart was always full, especially when it came to her family. She cherished her daughters, Felicia Coan of Pittsburgh, Olivia Eschborn of Winston Salem, North Carolina, and Andrea Eschborn, who lovingly supported her alongside her companion Jason Taylor in Union City. She was a proud grandmother to Destinee, Faith, Aubrey, and Jaxson, who brought endless joy to her life, and a sister, Debbie.
When she wasn’t doting on her family, Ann loved to immerse herself in the sounds of 1970s rock music, travel to new destinations, and enjoy camping adventures. Her warm spirit and love for her pets were evident to all who knew her, bringing light into their lives.
Ann is preceded in death by her father Richard Mourer, brother Timothy Mourer, granddaughter Hope Myers, and many cherished pets.
At this time, no funeral services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Orphan Angels Cat Sanctuary, 5439 W. Lake Road, Erie, PA 16505, in honor of Ann’s deep love for animals.
