Roberta A. VanOrd, 80, of Russell, Pa., passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023, at her residence.
Friends and family will be received on Tuesday evening July 11, at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA from 5 to 7 p.m., at which time the funeral service will be held.
