The family of Fred Estrup will hold a Celebration of Life to honor a life well lived and well loved. Fred passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Elkhart General Hospital, Elkhart, IN. Fred was a 1971 graduate of Maple Grove High School, and was very fond of his Western New York roots. His family was his greatest joy, and he is survived by his wife of 42 years, Barbie Hoaglund Estrup, his daughter Sarah,(Jeff) Amering, his son, Christian (Kaleigh) Estrup, loving grandchildren, sisters and many nieces and nephews.
A private burial service will be held for the family on Monday, July 10, 2023 at the Bemus Point Cemetery. The family extends an invitation for friends and family to join us for a Celebration of Life, at 5 PM where we will gather at 4556 Sunset Bay Drive, Bemus Point, NY. We’ll be sharing our favorite stories about Fred, reminding us that pieces of him will always be with us. Supper will be served, and the family will be sure to have Fred’s favorite on hand, Johnny’s Lunch hotdogs.
