Lois Ann Ceriola

Lois was a graduate of Warren High School in 1952 and of the Warren Business School. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Warren and volunteered for many things there. She was also a member of the Matron Order of the Eastern Star.

Lois was a devoted and loving mother to her four children, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She had a passion for helping people and was always willing to do anything for anyone. She was always feeding her family her famous Italian chicken and beer cheese. She loved working for Bett’s Industries as a receptionist for many years until she turned 84. She will always be known for her loving heart and compassionate spirit.

Lois is survived by her four children, Mark Simpson of Warren, Denise Adams (John) of Fenville, MI, James R. Simpson (Tamra) of Warren, and Jeff Ceriola (Jessica) of Warren; seven grandchildren, Lindsay, Kyle, Shane, Joey, Molly, Mason and Morgan; four great grandchildren, Cole, Benny, Haidyn and Carson; and one nephew, Craig.

In addition to her parents, Lois is preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Tappen.

A memorial service will be held at the First Lutheran Church on Thursday, July 6 at 11:00 am, with Pastor Nancy Schwanke, officiating.
