The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is advising drivers to be alert for temporary traffic signals installed on Scandia Road (Route 1013) in Elk Township, Warren County. The temporary signals are needed in connection with a lane restriction surrounding damage to the road between Atkins Drive and Webbs Ferry Road.
