Warren man charged with raping child

A Warren man has been jailed on $250,000 bail after being accused by the State Police at Warren of 22 felony charges that include rape of a child. David M. Lorenz, 38, of Warren was arraigned Friday by Magisterial District Court Judge Daniel Miller after charges were filed Thursday by the State Police. Miller set bail at $250,000 and Lorenz was taken to the Warren County Prison after being unable to post bail, according to online court docket information.
