Four Flags Ceremony likely moving indoors due to rain forecasts

The annual Four Flags Ceremony is expected to be moved indoors Saturday due to weather forecasts predicting cold temperatures and a high chance of rain. The ceremony was originally scheduled for 10 a.m. at Heritage Point at Crescent Park, where residents gather each year to honor the region’s history. Collaboration fuels Tidioute Boat Launch project
