¯ Franz J. Henninger, 75, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 28 with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Nov. 8 in the City of Warren.

¯ Tamara K. Miller, 55, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 28 with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Nov. 1 in the City of Warren.
